Cycle & Carriage is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day sales operations and collaborate closely with the retail sales team on leads, showroom activities and key accounts.

The role involves coordinating with principals, customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations, assisting in stock management and driving digital improvements in sales processes while contributing to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Key Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day sales operations.
• Support the retail sales team with leads, showroom operations, and key accounts.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on challenges.
• Communicate with principals, customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure smooth showroom operations and assist in pricing/product strategies.
• Build customer databases and collaborate with Marketing for promotions.
• Assist in stock inventory management to hit sales targets and market share.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors on vehicle status movements.
• Digitize sales processes and identify process improvements.

The Opportunity

As a team member of the sales management, you will be in the Sales department enabling the business operations. We are hiring for an Sales Operations Senior Executive and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational background.

• Assist in day to day sales operations
• Assist to manage and work closely with the retail sales team on sales leads, showroom operations, key account management, motivate and heighten sales achievement
• Providing regular updates and feedback to the Head of Sales on any sales-related challenges
• Communicating with principal, customers and vendors ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure smooth showroom operations
• Partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers' database, see opportunity for un-targeted segments and collaborate with Marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in managing stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources
• Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle status movements
• Digitalize sales processes and identify area of improvement on sales processes

• Preferably 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Key Account Management
• Degree in any discipline and a passion / mind-set to progress in a customer-centric, digital-first and forward-thinking organization
• You have an attitude for mutual respect, an aptitude for success, the thirst for continuous learning and curiosity
• Culturally astute and able to build effective partnership in a matrix reporting environment
• A high level of initiative and ability to operate with integrity is important.
• Natural inclination to 'roll-up-your-sleeves' and getting your hands dirty is a pre-requisite
