Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales professional to manage direct accounts across Singapore and neighbouring markets. You will drive growth in Malaysia, forecast resources, and negotiate market-aligned pricing while ensuring compliance with SO17 and other guidelines.

The role requires a strong track record in animal nutrition sales, key account management, and experience with CRMs, SAP, and IBP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sales, key account management, or business development in animal nutrition or related industries.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asia markets and commercial dynamics.
Experience with feed mills, integrators, and key accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage direct accounts across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, and Korea.
Develop new business opportunities in Malaysia for Essential Nutrition products.
Budget and forecast to plan products and resources.
Propose market-aligned pricing and service levels.
Collaborate with Distribution Manager to align account development with distributor strategy.
Ensure SO17, antitrust, and compliance requirements are followed.
Lead or participate in business projects as needed.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
