Job summary

luxury ventures pte. ltd. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to support daily retail operations in Singapore. You will drive individual and store sales targets, perform cashiering, and manage in-store merchandising and floor-set changes.

The role requires strong product knowledge and outstanding customer service to deliver a WOW experience. Chinese-speaking applicants are preferred; 44-hour weeks including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Energetic and proactive individual ready to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
• Sales and customer-focused mindset essential for hitting targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent Chinese required to cater to Chinese tourist groups.
• Ability to work 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.

• Collaborate with Manager to address customer complaints effectively.
