Job summary

Ma Kuang TCM Healthcare Group in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of our healthcare products business across offline and online channels. You will lead sales strategies, manage performance, and support new business development while collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, Sales, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Proficient in managing online marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in Sales Operations is preferred.
• Prior experience in leading projects, managing cross-functional initiatives or supervising teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth for healthcare products.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement plans to achieve targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of sales initiatives.
• Lead new product development, product sourcing, and new product launch planning.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and product trends.
• Manage product lifecycle and recommend improvements to strengthen product offerings.
• Lead the development and promotion of Wong Yiu Nam products and herbal medicine business.
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to expand product awareness and sales.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of key business initiatives and strategic projects.
