Job summary

The Sourcing King Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales professional to sell interior renovation and construction materials to contractors, developers, designers, and architects. You will manage client relationships from initial enquiry through delivery and after-sales support.

You will identify new clients, prepare quotations, coordinate orders with logistics, and maintain CRM records to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales of construction, building, or renovation materials is preferred.
• Ability to learn and clearly explain technical product information to clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence client decisions effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp and email for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients including contractors, subcontractors, builders, architects, and designers to expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to secure repeat business and maintain long-term relationships.
• Analyze project scope, specifications, and budgets to recommend appropriate renovation and construction materials.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and successfully close sales orders.
• Coordinate order processing from placement to delivery by liaising with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Resolve after-sales issues promptly, including delays, defects, returns, and replacements, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct occasional site visits to job locations to support client needs and project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems to track progress and meet sales targets.
