Qualifications

• Engineering Degree with 5 years of sales experience in Valve Actuation or instrumentation and control systems or related industry.
• Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and communicate actionable plans.
• Experience applying value-driven selling to grow customer value and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication with diverse Southeast Asia stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales objectives while maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Identify, develop, and secure new customer opportunities, projects, and applications across key segments.
• Expand existing customer relationships and channel partnerships for growth.
• Analyze market opportunities and execute account, channel, and territory strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with distributors, valve OEMs, EPCs and end users.
• Collaborate with regional teams to win strategic projects.
• Provide technical and application support with actuation solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demos, and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into business actions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and drive customer success.
