Job summary

Emerson, part of the Actuation Technologies group, seeks a sales professional to drive growth across Southeast Asia with a primary focus on Malaysia. You will build strategic customer relationships, develop business opportunities, and deliver actuation solutions that meet customer goals.

Collaborate with regional teams, channel partners, and customers to advance Emerson’s technology-driven value proposition.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with 5 years of sales experience in Valve Actuation or instrumentation and control systems or related industry.
Ability to analyze complex situations and communicate a clear plan of action to stakeholders.
Experience applying solution-based and value-driven selling approaches to create customer value and growth.
Strong verbal and written communication across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales objectives by maintaining a robust pipeline, accurate forecasts and business updates.
Identify and secure new customer opportunities, projects, and applications in SEA with focus on Malaysia.
Expand relationships with distributors, Valve OEMs, EPCs and End Users to drive growth.
Collaborate with regional sales and project teams to identify and win strategic projects.
Provide technical and application support by recommending actuation solutions that meet customer requirements.
