Qualifications

• Ingenieering degree with 5 years of sales in Valve Actuation or instrumentation and control systems or related industry.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, assess customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Experience in solution-based and value-driven selling to drive growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by maintaining a qualified opportunity pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Identify and secure new customer opportunities, projects and applications.
• Expand existing customer relationships and channel partnerships.
• Develop market strategies across key segments to strengthen Emerson's position.
• Build trusted relationships with distributors, valve OEMs, EPCs and end users.
• Collaborate with regional teams to win strategic projects.
• Provide technical and application support for actuation solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
• Share knowledge with internal stakeholders to improve customer success.
