Responsibilities

  • Achieve and grow company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities across all sectors.
  • Promote and sell both existing and newly launched products and services.
  • Manage client accounts with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all business dealings are thoroughly serviced and ethically managed.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and technical support on products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Contribute ideas during internal brainstorming sessions.
  • Support client pitches as needed with insights and suggestions.
  • Identify client needs including budgets and timelines.
  • Communicate requirements effectively to internal teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new projects and services to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product solutions meet client specifications.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Provide reliable after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Track and achieve KPI set by your supervisor.
  • Plan and develop new sales strategies and ideas to capture market opportunities.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
