Job summary

SignalPlus SG Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Rust-focused backend engineer to lead architectural design and R&D of our core platform services. You will build production-grade systems using Rust and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams.

You will deliver reliable data services, optimize performance, and drive scalable, observable backend systems. This role demands strong ownership and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Qualifications

Proficient in Rust and experienced building production-grade backends.
Solid CS fundamentals: OS, networking, algorithms, concurrency.
Bachelor or higher in CS, Engineering or related fields.
Experience designing distributed or microservice architectures with high availability.
Familiar with async runtimes and Rust ecosystem libraries.
Hands-on with caching, messaging and data streaming frameworks.
Strong ownership and commitment to clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

Architectural design and R&D of core platform services using Rust.
