Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead on-site activities, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and quality standards. You will maintain rigorous site records and proactively resolve issues to support project progress.

Responsibilities include supervising large-span structural steel and precast works, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring safety throughout construction administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and regulatory requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance throughout construction administration and progress reporting.
• Analyze site conditions and project data to communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and compliance status.
• Identify, address, and resolve site issues collaboratively to maintain project timelines and foster a positive team environment.
• Supervise complex construction works, including large span structural steel and precast construction, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
