Job summary

RCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for Civil & Structural/Geotechnical projects.

You will supervise major construction works, coordinate monitoring activities, and ensure compliance with codes and site safety. You must hold a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical disciplines, be accredited by IES and ACES, and possess BCSS certification. Flexibility to work shifts and maintain meticulous site records is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant RTO experience, including supervision of complex construction works.
• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical disciplines from a recognized polytechnic or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site works for civil, structural and geotechnical projects.
• Record and collate monitoring data and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory codes, quality control procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated site records of work progress.
• Proactively resolve site issues and foster teamwork.
• Be willing to work in shifts.
