Job summary

You will conceptualize and build prototypes, integrate subsystems, and define software controls for varied applications.

The role requires hands-on prototyping, strong collaboration with design teams and vendors, and the ability to translate customer needs into robust robotic solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering disciplines (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical)
• Hands-on experience building and testing robotic prototypes
• Proficiency in ROS, Python, C/C++
• Ability to read fabrication/assembly drawings

Responsibilities

• Design and development of robotics and unmanned systems
• Conceptualise, build and test prototype robotics
• Perform system integration, testing and qualifications
• Define software controls of unmanned systems and payloads
• Generate technical documentation and drawings
• Collaborate with design teams, vendors and partners
• Meet customers to understand needs and translate into products
• Contribute to new capabilities in robotics and man-unmanned teaming
• Conduct market assessment and research
