Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior RHEL Platform Engineer / Linux System Administrator to support enterprise RHEL platforms in a banking environment. You will patch, harden, maintain golden images, and develop automation across SIT, UAT, DR and Production environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on RHEL administration, CIS-based hardening, and infrastructure automation. Strong documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Experience with RHEL patching, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scheduled RHEL OS patching and hardening.
• Support patching cycles across SIT, UAT, DR and Production.
• Provide system admin support during day/night/weekend maintenance.
• Perform pre-patching validation, deployment, troubleshooting and post-patching verification.
• Conduct post-cycle gap assessments and follow up on issues.
• Prepare post-patching management and technical reports.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards.
