Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a process integration engineer to drive development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices and processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and analyze DOE experiments, collaborate with process module engineers to enhance device and yield performance, and own technical problem solving while engaging with customers and defining new test methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree/master's in electrical or electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years relevant wafer fab process integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Process integration in development, optimization and qualification of semiconductor devices and processes.
• DOE design, execution and analysis of results.
• Partner with process module engineers to improve device and yield performance.
• Own and drive technical process problem solving.
• Interact with internal and external customers and respond to technical queries.
• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
• Innovate new methods of continuous process and device improvement.
