Job summary

COCOAGE COSMETICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily store operations and lead the retail team to meet sales targets. You will develop sales plans, supervise staff, and address customer inquiries effectively to ensure a high standard of service.

The role requires a Diploma and 3–5 years’ fashion retail experience, preferably with supervisory duties, and strong communication and presentation skills.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.

• Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
• Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
• Roster planning.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
