Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage month-end closings and financial reporting for Management. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and support system enhancements.

The role requires a Professional Accountancy Qualification, 5+ years in accounting (retail multi-stores preferred), and strong MS Excel skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Professional Accountancy Qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably as Senior Executive in Accounting with retail multi-stores.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Self-starter who can plan, organise and meet multiple deadlines.
• Can-do attitude and passion for work.

Mansioni

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Prepare and close monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties like auditors and tax agents.
• Support finance filing requirements, tax filing, audits and procedures.
• Assist in new processes and system implementations when required.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• Handle corporate income tax preparation.
