Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Site Lead to oversee complex construction site works, assuring compliance with statutory codes and project requirements while driving quality control and progress reporting.

You will lead civil and structural site staff, supervise works, coordinate site activities, and interface with project consultants and owners to maintain timelines and quality. A strong leadership approach and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of civil/structural engineering experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar size and complexity.
Possess a civil/structural engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.

Responsibilities

Lead civil and structural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works to ensure compliance and quality.
Apply knowledge of statutory codes to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.
Organize and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines and standards.
Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage site teams and resolve issues promptly.
