Job summary

PASSION E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced RTO to review Authority and Contractor drawings, endorse required approvals, and supervise civil and structural works (permanent and temporary).

The role ensures permit compliance, site inspections, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to protect nearby structures. You will review formwork systems, safety, environmental and health matters, and supervise instrumentation, sanitary and plumbing installations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; postgraduate diploma preferred.
• RTO accreditation by IES and/or ACES is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years engineering experience.
• Strong organizing, planning, prioritizing, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings.
• Provide all relevant endorsements required by the authorities.
• Supervise civil and structural works (permanent and temporary).
• Ensure contractor has obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Review and assess formwork structures and formwork supports.
• Review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters.
• Supervise installation of instrumentation.
• Supervise sanitary and plumbing installations and pump drainage works.
• Review monitoring of instrumentation and interpret results.
• Review Contractor's design and supervise all works.
