Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned M&E site supervisor to lead site staff, ensure adherence to statutory codes, quality standards, and project requirements, and coordinate MEP interfaces.

You will maintain accurate documentation, supervise works, report progress, and uphold safety and quality across all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 3 years supervising similar works.
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Ensure that the proportion of A.RE does not exceed 30% of total RE team strength.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality.
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site activities and foster effective interpersonal communication.
