Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer/ site supervision specialist for a contract role in Tuas, Singapore.

The candidate will assist senior engineers in daily supervision, enforce standards, and coordinate with contractors on infra and industrial facilities. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, RE registration, and 5+ years of experience in large-scale projects in Singapore or internationally.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in engineering or certification in the proposed discipline.
Registered as Resident Engineer (RE) with the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES/ACE Singapore or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant design/construction experience in large infra and/or industrial projects in Singapore or internationally.

Responsibilities

Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Lead Resident Engineer in daily supervision and coordination duties.
Enforce specifications, regulations, and local authority requirements.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractors.
Review and approve design submissions for mechanical/process elements of WTE, MRF, SIF, FWFT facilities with Project Technical Specialists.
Define inspection and testing requirements and coordinate inspections.
Ensure inspection documentation complies with specifications and local authority requirements.
