Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive RE to lead site supervision for industrial, process plant, port, marine, reclamation and associated infrastructure projects in Singapore.

What You Will Do

• Assist the QP in supervising construction works and ensuring compliance with approved requirements.
• Lead and coordinate RTOs and site staff, including inspections, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Review drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents within the assigned scope.
• Resolve technical, quality and coordination issues with EPC contractors and the project team.
• Monitor progress, safety, testing, defects and non-conformance matters and report key risks promptly.
• Coordinate meetings, authority inspections, completion and handover activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Building Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized University.
• IES/ACES accreditation as an RE/ Qualified Site Supervisor, with a valid practicing certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant site-supervision experience after obtaining the recognized degree.
• Experience in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power, industrial process plant, port, marine, reclamation or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction standards, government permitting and authority requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination and written and spoken English.
