Job summary

PROLAND CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Resident Site Staff with a degree in Architecture to lead on-site QA/QC, coordinate with other consultants, and ensure construction aligns with contract drawings and authorities’ rules.

You must be registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) and capable of supervising architectural and interior design works, coordinating M&E teams, reviewing RFIs, and reporting progress to keep the project on schedule and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Registered with Board of Architects (BOA) in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Experience in on-site QA/QC and coordination with consultants.
• Ability to review contract drawings and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, oversee and coordinate QA/QC processes on site.
• Coordinate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design/coordination issues.
• Provide full-time site supervision for architectural and interior design works in compliance with contracts and authorities.
• Manage M&E site team to ensure orderliness and coordination of work processes on site.
