Job summary

LANDSPECT SG PTE. LTD. seeks a Resident Site Staff with a degree in Architecture to oversee on-site QA/QC, supervise architectural and interior design works, and coordinate with consultants.

The role requires BOA registration and hands-on management of M&E teams, RFIs, site diaries, and progress reporting to ensure quality and compliance with contract drawings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong on-site leadership, documentation control, and the ability to resolve technical issues

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Board of Architect (BOA).
• Experience in coordinating with other consultants and resolving on-site design/technical issues.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control on-site, including inspections and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, oversee and coordinate QA/QC processes and inspections.
• Liaise with other consultants to resolve on-site design and coordination issues.
• Carry out full-time site supervision for architectural and interior design works in compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage M&E site team to ensure on-site orderliness and timely advice to other site staff.
• Review week-to-week work schedules and ensure site diaries and inspection records are maintained.
• Respond to RFIs and inquiries from the Contractor in a timely manner.
• Review contract documents and drawings for discrepancies and coordinate with consultants.
• Assist in reviewing contractor’s claims and prepare project status reports.
• Ensure that as-built drawings reflect on-site installations accurately.
