Qualifications

• Master's Degree or PhD in Service Design, Design Thinking, or Business Development.
• Min 3 years' experience in service & ecosystem development and use case/business model creation.
• Experience in service design and customer-facing activities.
• Knowledge of green finance and carbon trading.
• Good hands-on capability in design thinking, business strategy and marketing.
• Knowledge in Carbon Accounting / Carbon Assessment; strong presentation & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research activities and develop service ideas.
• Create service design, business ecosystem, and business model.
• Conduct PoC to demonstrate solution value with real-world application.
• Engage with customers, perform requirement studies and propose solutions.
• Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with global research teams and partners to deliver solutions.
