Job Description
Own the roadmap for Failure Analysis equipment purchases in order to continue building internal capability
Assist to plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity
Assist to manage lab schedules, and oversee personnel to ensure optimal lab performance and meet operational goals.
Involve to direct lab operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
Identify the root cause of failure and propose solutions to various internal and external customers, using data and knowledge
Create a knowledge management system to capture all failure analyses performed and assure that they can be easily retrievable
Candidate will require to hands on working with FIB machines
Candidate will also require working on SEM and sample preparation
Candidate should work independently with customers to provide good results and capable to interpret results of the customers
Candidate should have good documents management skill for other nontechnical lab operation work
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Physics, or a related Science field from a local institution.
Candidate should have good working attitude and willing to take other assignment base on the needs of the lab
Having relevant working experience will be a plus
Candidate should be open to occasional or staggered shift work when required
Script writing skills will be considered a value-add for this role
