Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, power systems, energy storage, or EV charging infrastructure.
• Proven experience handling tenders and complex technical negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for solar PV, BESS, EV charging infra, or hybrid energy systems.
• Act as the technical lead in client meetings, RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical oversight during project handover and manage technical risks.
