Job summary

Aon Singapore is seeking an experienced insurance broker to drive negotiation and placement of insurance and reinsurance contracts for the Specialty team, producing quotations and lead terms. You will apply market expertise to design and place opportunities, renewals and mid-term adjustments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and in-country teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. 6–8 years in insurance/reinsurance preferred; strong English communication; Word and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of insurance and/or reinsurance market experience.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Drive negotiation and placement of insurance and reinsurance contracts for Specialty.
• Produce desktop & market quotations and lead terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and in-country teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure activities comply with MAS regulations and company policy.
