Deloitte is expanding its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction practice in Southeast Asia and seeks a Manager to lead and mentor teams delivering regulatory and risk solutions for financial services clients.

You will oversee projects from planning to delivery, collaborate with clients, and drive business development while maintaining high standards of client service and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Law, Business or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years in banking compliance, risk, AML, audit or regulatory affairs.
• FRM or ICA certifications preferred.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• Client-focused with a value-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk across financial services.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Mentor and coach senior consultants for leadership development.
• Lead business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
• Deliver actionable, evidence-based recommendations across engagements.
