Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Singapore, a leading healthcare solutions company, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Lead to manage product registrations, compliance and pharmacovigilance. You will guide submissions through HSA systems and liaise with stakeholders to ensure safe distribution of healthcare products.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, Singapore SPC registration, and hands-on experience in regulatory affairs within pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and SPC registration.
• Valid practicing license with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Experience in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance or QA within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSA regulations and GMP/GDP standards.
• Familiarity with HSA PRISM, MEDICS and SAP ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and product registrations for Singapore.
• Review promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance activities.
• Coordinate GDP/GMP audits, recalls, and stock controls.
• Provide pharmacist oversight for storage and distribution of controlled drugs.
• Maintain regulatory records and licenses in SAP.
• Support regulatory budgeting and staff training.
• Liaise with HSA, pharmaceutical partners and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Purpose Of The Role

To lead regulatory compliance, product registration, and pharmacovigilance activities for Zuellig Pharma Singapore, ensuring the safe distribution of healthcare products in accordance with applicable Singapore regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage product registration dossiers and variations through HSA PRISM and MEDICS.
• Provide regulatory guidance and review promotional materials, product artwork and formulations for compliance.
• Oversee adverse event (AE) reporting, product quality complaints (PQC) and pharmacovigilance activities.
• Lead and support GDP/GMP audits, product recalls, batch restrictions and quarantine stock controls.
• Provide pharmacist oversight for the storage, handling and distribution of controlled drugs.
• Maintain customer licences, regulatory records, regulatory records and legal controls in SAP.
• Support regulatory budget planning, staff training and pharmacy student programmes.
• Liaise with HSA, pharmaceutical partners and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and holding a valid practicing license.
• Relevant experience in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSA regulations and GMP/GDP standards.
• Familiarity with HSA PRISM, MEDICS and SAP ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
