Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Singapore seeks a Senior Pharmacist serving as PV Lead & RA Support to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. You will collaborate with multinational clients on PVAs and support local regulatory affairs operations with HSA, MOH, NEA, and CNB frameworks.

The role requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy, Singapore SPC registration, and 3+ years in PV/RA, with strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, and SAP ERP. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• At least 3 years in Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory Affairs
• Solid knowledge of Singapore HSA, GDP and GMP
• Strong ethics, attention to detail and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Act as local PV contact for HSA, internal units and global clients
• Oversee AE, PQC, and medical inquiries within timelines
• Lead PVAs, audits, CAPA plans and training delivery
• Coordinate literature monitoring and AE/PQC reconciliations
• Support local RA operations and Singapore regulatory compliance
• Maintain SAP product registrations, licenses and classifications
