Job summary

Tangspac Professional Services is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer for our banking client in Singapore. You will ensure adherence to laws, regulations, internal policies, and Singapore compliance framework.

You will manage compliance operations, regulatory reporting, monitoring, and policy reviews, while liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and timely actions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Audit or Regulatory Compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements in banking.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports on time.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support regulatory liaison activities with authorities (e.g., SDIC).
• Assist in updating policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
• Support other risk, business continuity, and third-party management tasks as needed.
