Job summary

Richemont Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive, People Operations to enhance the employee experience and deliver HR operations excellence across Singapore, with occasional support to Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. The role focuses on HRIS, payroll, data integrity, and policy execution to drive strategic people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on People Operations, HRIS or Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Experience in a multinational or luxury retail environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding for Singapore entities.
• Maintain HRIS systems (Workday & SAP) and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Administer MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations with timely updates to MOM.
• Support HR data analytics, provide insights, and collaborate with payroll and benefits teams.
• Lead or participate in projects around simplification, automation, and HRIS enhancements.
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders for seamless HR service delivery.
