Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a senior finance leader to drive regional FP&A for a General Insurance business. Based in Central Singapore, you will partner with executive stakeholders to deliver planning, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support across markets.

You will lead a regional FP&A team, oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling, monitor key GI metrics, and support pricing, reinsurance and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in General Insurance (P&C), regional or multi-market.
• Strong understanding of insurance financials, reserving, reinsurance and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced financial modelling; high proficiency in Excel and planning tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and planning tools (Anaplan/Oracle EPM).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A including budget, rolling forecasts, multi-year plans and scenario modelling.
• Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, distribution and operations to improve profitability.
• Monitor GI metrics (GWP, NWP, loss ratio, expense ratio, combined ratio) by geography.
• Support pricing, portfolio steering and reinsurance strategy with analytical support and business cases.
• Oversee expense management, headcount planning and cost allocation methodologies.
• Develop FP&A processes and reporting automation within finance systems and BI tools.
• Lead and mentor a regional FP&A team; set standards for quality, timelines and stakeholder service.
