Job summary

Our client, a global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Red Team Specialist to strengthen security across enterprise environments and emerging technology platforms in Singapore. You will plan and execute advanced red team exercises, develop custom tooling, and test detection and response capabilities against cloud-native, AI-enabled, and CI/CD environments.

You will translate complex findings into clear risk implications for engineering teams and senior stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to develop or customise offensive tooling and scripts using multiple languages (Python, C/C++, Go, Rust, PowerShell, C#).
• Experience testing detection and response across cloud environments, AI-enabled apps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advanced red team exercises that replicate realistic threat scenarios.
• Develop custom attack tooling and test security controls across technology and processes.
• Assess cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled applications, automation pipelines, and connected systems.
• Translate technical findings into clear risk implications and practical remediation actions for engineers and senior stakeholders.
