Job summary

OCBC Group invites an experienced Red Team Analyst to join our Cyber Security team in Singapore. You will plan and execute adversary simulations across banking systems, aligned to regulatory expectations, and work with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and SOC to strengthen defenses.

You will design attack scenarios, maintain ROE, and produce actionable reports for technical and management audiences. A strong background in AD, cloud, and security architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary emulation methods.
• Experience with common red team tooling and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Solid enterprise architecture, AD, cloud and network security understanding.
• Experience with formal ROE and stakeholder management; strong communication.
• Regulatory exposure (MAS TRM, CSF, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute red team engagements across enterprise and banking‑critical systems.
• Develop attack scenarios mapped to MITRE ATT&CK with threat intel input.
• Draft ROE documents, scoping, and exercise plans with white‑team controls.
• Conduct reconnaissance, initial access, lateral movement, and post‑exploitation activities.
• Collaborate with Threat Hunting and Detection Engineering to validate coverage.
• Produce clear reports with risk ratings, root cause, and remediation guidance.
• Support regional engagements across jurisdictions and coordinate logistics.
• Contribute to red team methodology, tooling, and playbooks.
• Stay current on emerging TTPs and threat actor behavior in finance.
