Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking an AVP/VP Red Team Specialist in Singapore to strengthen cyber security assurance and defence through adversary emulation, threat modelling, and advanced tooling. You will lead red team engagements, build secure C2 infrastructure, and coordinate with blue teams to measure detection and response.

Responsibilities include designing attack simulations, developing custom tooling, and presenting risk-based findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more systems/scripting languages to write/debug exploit code.
• Understanding of memory-corruption classes, web/API exploitation, and mitigations.
• Ability to weaponize public vulnerabilities and discover novel ones.

Responsibilities

• Design and run red team engagements mapping to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Develop and maintain custom exploit code and tooling.
• Stand up secure C2 infrastructure with OPSEC hardening.
• Build a threat model and engagement plan prior to execution.
• Conduct social engineering, physical, and process assessments.
• Assess AI/ML systems for adversarial risks and data-poisoning.
• Validate detection and response with blue teams (purple teaming).
• Produce clear, prioritized findings for technical and executive audiences.
• Track remediation and re-test to confirm gaps are closed.
