Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior Red Team & Threat Intel specialist based in Singapore. You will design and execute realistic attack simulations across cloud, CI/CD, endpoint, and AI environments to help strengthen defensive capabilities.

You will build offensive tooling, apply threat intel to planning, and collaborate with engineering, security, and risk teams to translate findings into concrete improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end red team ops and intelligence-led exercises across cloud, CI/CD, identity, and apps.
• Develop command-and-control tooling, implants, payload delivery, and operator workflows.
• Red team AI systems, including internal copilots, agentic workflows, AI-assisted operational tools, and MLOps environments.
• Use AI tools to improve research, automation, payload development, reporting, operational planning, and analysis of defensive coverage.
• Translate red team findings and threat intel into clear engineering actions. Partner with defenders, platform teams, and Vulnerability Management to improve detection, response, hardening, security architecture, and risk prioritisation.
• Work with team members on offensive security tradecraft, tool development, operational safety, documentation, and responsible execution of adversary simulations.
• Contribute to the Red Team and Threat Intel roadmap by identifying latest attack techniques and evaluating new tooling.
• Produce Threat Intel assessments from security incidents observed or internal improvements, advising leadership on impact and next actions.
