Job summary

Grab is seeking an experienced security professional to lead complex red team operations across cloud, CI/CD, endpoints, and AI environments. You will design realistic attack simulations, build offensive tooling, and apply threat intelligence to improve engineering defenses.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance detection, response, and security architecture while advancing AI-enabled security research and automation. Singapore-based role with regional impact.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, security engineering, exploit development, cloud security, or adjacent technical security roles.
• Hands-on experience developing command-and-control tooling, implants, loaders, payloads, or offensive automation.
• Practical experience assessing CI/CD systems, source control platforms, build pipelines, artefact repositories, secrets handling, and deployment workflows.
• Firm knowledge of cloud environments, including identity, networking, logging, container platforms, and common privilege escalation paths.
• Experience assessing AI-enabled products, internal AI platforms, or agentic systems in adversarial scenarios, and using AI tools to improve security research, workflows, and output quality.
• Experience producing or using Threat Intel to connect external incident trends, adversary tradecraft, and internal security signals to practical security decisions.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/macOS endpoints, enterprise management, and defensive controls would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end red team operations and intelligence-led Purple Team exercises across cloud, CI/CD, identity, endpoints, and apps.
• Develop command-and-control tooling, implants, payload delivery mechanisms, and operator workflows for authorised security exercises.
• Red team AI systems, including internal copilots, agentic workflows, AI-assisted tools, and MLOps environments.
• Use AI tools to improve research, automation, payload development, reporting, planning, and defensive coverage analysis.
• Translate findings and threat intel into clear engineering actions; collaborate with defenders and platform teams to improve detection and response.
• Contribute to offensive security tradecraft, tool development, and responsible adversary simulations.
• Shape the Red Team and Threat Intel roadmap by identifying latest attack techniques and tooling.
• Produce Threat Intel assessments from incidents or internal opportunities and advise leadership on impact and actions.
