Job summary
K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Red Hat Linux Systems Engineer to act as the technical authority and team lead for the RHEL Managed Services infrastructure. You will drive platform standards and architect automation workflows while managing delivery of core OS operations across enterprise environments.

Qualifications
- 7–10 years of Linux systems administration experience with enterprise RHEL.
- RHCE strongly preferred; RHCSA or equivalent required.
- Deep hands-on RHEL 7/8/9 with kernel, storage, networking, and recovery.
- Experience building automation with Ansible and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 3-person RHEL engineering team; plan workloads and mentor engineers.
- Own annual OS patching and hardening cycles across environments.
- Design and maintain enterprise RHEL golden images and workflows.
- Develop Ansible playbooks for automated provisioning and upgrades.
- Lead patching, upgrades, and maintenance in line with the service calendar.
- Assess cybersecurity alerts; define remediation and compliance actions.
- Provide leadership for OS obsolescence remediation and audits.
