Responsibilities

• Develop and set up new sources of business and projects.
• Perform relationship management with new and existing accounts.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team.
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet company objectives.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and costs, and provide management reports.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required.
