Job summary

Good Job Creations Singapore is seeking recruitment professionals to provide full support to clients and candidates. You will research industries, source candidates, interview, profile, and coordinate offers to ensure client needs are met.

Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants, with bi-yearly salary reviews and a fast-track progression path. A team-oriented environment with incentives is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have an advantage.
• Non-experienced candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
• The portfolio assignment will be determined on mutual agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients.
• Research and understand clients and their industries well.
• Source suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability to client needs.
• Profile suitable candidates for client engagement.
• Provide professional advice to manage expectations for clients and candidates.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates for clients.
• Coordinate and negotiate salary offers for clients and candidates.
• Post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates.
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
• Perform research and understand clients and their industries well

• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
• Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
• Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
• Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
• Non-experienced are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis
