Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain React-based applications.

You will translate requirements into scalable code, build responsive interfaces using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, and integrate with RESTful services. You will participate in code reviews, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven frontend development experience with React.js and modern tooling.
• Ability to translate functional/technical requirements into scalable code.
• Strong knowledge of TS/JS, HTML5 and CSS3, with responsive design focus.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Playwright).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain React frontend applications and reusable components.
• Translate requirements into clean, scalable code.
• Develop responsive interfaces using React, JS/TS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement frontend testing using Jest and Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain frontend standards.
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps for frontend apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dev, test, and prod.
• Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, Product Owners and other teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and tools.
