Qualifications

Experience in Chinese tech ecosystems and e-commerce platforms.
Experience leading teams in China and Southeast Asia.
Extensive frontend engineering experience (15+ years).
8+ years specializing in frontend with React.
4+ years in Staff/Principal/Tech Lead/Architect roles.
Experience building products for Chinese and international markets.
Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.

Responsibilities

Lead development of web applications using React and Next.js.
Improve frontend performance and responsiveness.
Ensure cross-device and cross-browser consistency.
Design frontend modules, build reusable components, and maintain standards.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
