Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 8+ years specializing in frontend development with React, including ownership of complex web apps.
- 4+ years in Staff/Principal/Technical Lead or Architect roles.
- Experience building products for Chinese and international markets.
- Mentoring and guiding other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of web applications using React and Next.js.
- Improve frontend performance and ensure cross-device consistency.
- Design solutions for complex frontend modules and reusable components.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
