Job summary

Metro Rail Engineering Services – Sembawang is seeking a Senior Engineer for Power Supply Systems to lead site execution, coordination, installation, testing support, documentation and reporting for MRT traction and non-traction power supply systems.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore railway standards, project specs, safety, quality and client requirements while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site execution and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to review technical docs, drawings and ITPs.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site activities, installation works, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, WSH regulations, LTA requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review technical documents, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and material submissions.
• Support testing, commissioning, energization, and system integration activities.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, maintain site documentation, and track milestones.
• Verify completed works, prepare progress measurements, and support commercial documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervisors for efficient resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, maintain site documentation, and track project milestones.

• Conduct quality inspections, support audits, and promote a strong safety culture.
