Job summary

ESG Enterprise Singapore seeks a role within the Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) to combine account management with quantum sector development, spanning programme delivery and enterprise development. You will engage leaders and manage partnerships across DISG, government agencies and industry stakeholders to unlock opportunities for Singapore-based tech companies.

Focus areas include high-growth technology firms, quantum readiness, and cross-agency collaboration to translate industry needs

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in technology industry with account/business development, investment, programme management or deep-tech commercialisation.
• Experience or knowledge in quantum technologies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-growth technology companies, including high-potential quantum start-ups, supporting their innovation, commercialisation and growth.
• Coordinate across DISG, government agencies, research and venture-building partners to deliver company-level projects and unlock market opportunities.
• Build end-user enterprise quantum readiness by raising awareness, enabling pilots or proofs of concept, and developing ecosystem partnerships.
