Job summary

ZGG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate estimates and timely submissions.

The role requires at least 3 years of construction experience and strong knowledge of drawings, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction Sector.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, sequences and materials.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Business Centre.

Responsibilities

• Take-off and cost estimation for tenders and projects.
• Prepare tender submissions and respond to Tender Questionnaires.
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Deal with contracts issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims.
• Analyze tender outcomes and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and ISO standards.
