Job summary

ChinaRailwayElectrificationEngineeringGroupCo.,Ltd.(SingaporeBranch) is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing metro power supply projects in Singapore. The role covers contract administration, cost control, procurement support, progress claims and variation management to ensure proper cost and payment handling.

You will gain exposure to major rail infrastructure projects and collaborate with international teams across engineering, commercial and project groups.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or commercial management for construction.
• Experience in metro/railway or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of contracts, progress claims, variation orders, cost control and procurement processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contract documents, and bills of quantities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration of contracts, subcontracts and commercial documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments and expenditures; prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients or main contractors.
• Assist in preparation of variations, cost impact assessments, and claims management.
• Support tendering and procurement activities including take-off and cost estimation.
