Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage financial and contractual aspects of large infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control, contract administration, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in QS/CE/Building or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of quantity surveying experience in the local market.
• Experience on LTA/MRT projects and with A1 Main Contractors in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying tasks for sub-contracts, works orders, and purchase orders.
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts for accurate financial tracking.
• Liaise with main/sub-contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare RFQ/Open Tender documents and source suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Evaluate and certify progress payments in line with contracts.
• Prepare detailed project budgeting and cost reports.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation.
• Summarise tender enquiries, identify scope, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Compile supporting documents for tender submissions.
• Follow up and negotiate contract terms and manage progress claims.
